Ayurvedic diagnostics

During your Ayurvedic stay, you will stay in an apartment directly on the resort grounds. The therapies and consultations themselves take place in a separate Ayurvedic house, which is reserved for this type of program and creates a peaceful environment for treatment and regeneration.

The resort itself is a lively area with multiple activities and services, so it is necessary to expect short transfers between accommodation, therapies, and other parts of the program.

An Ayurvedic stay is suitable for people who want improve digestion, detoxify the body, strengthen immunity, reduce stress and acquire new eating and lifestyle habits. Not suitable for people expecting just a relaxing wellness stay without an active regime, or for those with acute health conditions without consulting a doctor.

Yes, an Ayurvedic stay can also be purchased as a gift voucher. Since this is an individually tailored program, it is necessary to provide the recipient's contact details (email and phone number) so that we can contact them before the stay and arrange an initial consultation and basic information about the program.

At the same time, it is important that the recipient is informed in advance that this is not a classic wellness stay, but an Ayurvedic program focused on regimen, diagnostics, and customized diet and procedures.

Weekend stay is rather a taste of the Ayurvedic lifestyle, suitable as a first step. A 7-day stay allows deeper detoxification, more complex therapies and a greater shift in habits.

The diet during an Ayurvedic stay is tailored to your individual health condition and Ayurvedic diagnosis, not to common taste preferences. The goal is not a gastronomic experience, but to support digestion, detoxification, and overall balance of the body.

The dishes are prepared according to Ayurvedic principles and may be less distinctive or unconventional for guests accustomed to classical cuisine. We therefore recommend viewing the program as a healing and regenerative regimen, not as a standard hotel stay with buffets.

Results vary depending on individual condition, but most clients experience improvement of digestion, energy and sleep during the stayMore permanent changes require subsequent lifestyle adjustments at home. Ayurveda is not a “quick fix”, but holistic process.
