The second half can be paid at the reception upon arrival.

Check in – Arrival to the apartments is possible from 3:00 p.m. and to the cottages from 4:00 p.m. You can check in no later than 10:00 p.m.

Check out – Check-out is possible until 10:00 without extra charge. After this time, a fee of €10,00 is charged for each additional hour. Later check-out is possible only after agreement with the reception.

Of course. We are a pet-friendly resort – you can bring a dog up to 20 kg, a cat or a rabbit with you. However, staying with a pet is intentionally limited to selected apartments so that we can also accommodate guests with allergies or other special needs.

It is therefore always necessary to report animals in advance - ideally when booking the accommodation. The animal may share with you apartment located in buildings B, C, D, E, F, I, N and S. These buildings are designed for dogs up to 20 kg. We would like to remind you that in the case of a larger breed prior consultation is required, as it is a higher surcharge applies (40€). We would like to avoid any misunderstanding.

Guests can use free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the property. You do not need to reserve a parking space. If you have an electric car, as an environmentally friendly resort we also offer you the option electric chargers.
