Yes, we are a pet-friendly resort. Accommodation with a dog up to 20 kg is possible in the categories Relax, Comfort, Superior, Deluxe and Wellness cottage for a fee of €20 / night. Larger breeds must be consulted in advance.

What is VIP SKY WELLNESS?

This is a private wellness for 1 hour for 2-10 people. It includes an infrared and Finnish sauna, an open-air jacuzzi with a view, a cooling tub, prosecco and fruit. The price is €200.

What attractions are there at the resort for children?

Children can look forward to the FUN Center with a 3D maze and trampolines, the Kids Zone with climbing frames, the Aqua FUN summer water park, and regular animation programs with mascots.

Is there a swimming pool open in the summer?

Yes, during the summer season we operate an outdoor aquapark Aqua FUN with two swimming pools and inflatable slides.

Do you have your own ski resort on site?

Yes, there is a Demänová SKI Center right on the premises, which is ideal for beginners and families. Guests often have a ski pass included in the price of their stay.

What other winter activities do you offer?

In addition to skiing, we offer snow tubing, an ice rink right on the premises, a cross-country ski track, and a dedicated sledding zone for children.

Is it possible to rent ski equipment at the resort?

Yes, the resort has a SMILE rental shop where you can rent ski equipment and e-bikes with a discount for guests.

Yes, we provide celebration spaces for up to 90 people, full catering and accommodation for guests.

What is 'Dating with Alpacas'?

It is a special experience that includes feeding alpacas in the enclosure with an escort and explanation. It is part of selected accommodation packages.

We offer traditional Thai massage, oil Thai massage, herbal bag massage and Bali massage in various lengths.

Do I need to bring my own clothes for a Thai massage?

No, for a traditional Thai massage you will be provided with special comfortable loose clothing directly at our place.

Includes sausage, bacon, chicken skewer, halloumi, vegetables, side dishes and 24-hour grill rental for 2 people. Price is €39,90.

Do you also offer a vegetarian barbecue menu?

Yes, 'Menu 2 (Veggie)' includes halloumi, vegetable skewer, vegetarian sausages, seitan for grilling and side dishes including grill.

Can I order a bouquet of flowers at the resort?

Yes, we offer a small bouquet for €35 or a large bouquet for €55, tailored to your occasion.

Can I order breakfast for just one day of my stay?

No, breakfast (and dinner) can only be ordered for the entire stay for all persons in the reservation.

Accommodation

Of course. We are a pet-friendly resort – you can bring a dog up to 20 kg, a cat or a rabbit with you. However, staying with a pet is intentionally limited to selected apartments so that we can also accommodate guests with allergies or other special needs.

It is therefore always necessary to report animals in advance - ideally when booking the accommodation. The animal may share with you apartment located in buildings B, C, D, E, F, I, N and S (except for the jacuzzi apartments). These buildings are designed for dogs up to 20 kg. Please note that in the case of larger breeds prior consultation is required, as it is a higher surcharge applies (40€). We would like to avoid any misunderstanding.

Each kitchenette has a kettle, microwave, induction hob, pots, pans, cutting board, grater, pots, ladles, spoons, knives. Also a set of plates and cutlery, a set of glasses, cups. Dishwashing liquid, dish towel, dish sponge. Also salt, sugar, black pepper. There is also a refrigerator in each apartment.
DeLuxe Cottages and Superior Loft and Deluxe Loft apartments are also equipped with a dishwasher.

Restaurants and catering

Of course, part of the center is Restaurant PINUS, which will delight the taste buds of both adults and children. The second option is a bit more exotic – above the Pinus restaurant there is Indian restaurant SAFRANHere you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you come in winter, during a skiing holiday, you can comfortably enjoy your favorite bombardino, tea, or fast food in the restaurant. Snack bar right on the slope.

Wellness & massage

The wellness center at the resort works in such a way that for every two nights of your stay you get one free entry. So if you come for four nights, you will have two free entries per stay. If you stay with us for six nights, it will be three entries. Of course, you can visit the spa as many times as you want during your stay. After you have used up your free entries, the entry fee is as follows from the price listFree entrance to the wellness center does not apply to a stay in the Wellness Cottage; entrance can be purchased separately.
From the beginning of opening hours until 17:00 PM you can come to wellness with children. During this time, you can enter the common areas and the hot tub in a swimsuit. However, swimsuits are not allowed in the saunas, so please use them without a swimsuit.

After 5:00 p.m., our wellness area becomes an adults-only area, where all sauna customs are followed to ensure maximum relaxation. With the exception of entry with children (after 5:00 p.m.), a swimsuit-free zone applies throughout the wellness area.

Upon entering the wellness area, each guest receives a bed sheet and a large towel. Guests can borrow bathrobes for outdoor use for a fee of €5,00.
