Yes, almost all of our apartments and cottages have a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and basic utensils.

Yes, for larger groups, the Family Inn apartments (capacity up to 11 people), the Deluxe Loft apartments or the Luxury Villa with a hot tub, which can accommodate up to 12 people, are ideal.

Can I come to stay with a dog or other animal?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly resort. Accommodation with a dog up to 20 kg is possible in the categories Relax, Comfort, Superior, Deluxe and Wellness cottage for a fee of €20 / night. Larger breeds must be consulted in advance.

Where are breakfast and dinner served?

Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant PINUS directly on the resort grounds.

We offer breakfast and dinner in the form of rich buffet tables (all you can eat). Full board packages are also available as an extra as part of special offers.

What is VIP SKY WELLNESS?

This is a private wellness for 1 hour for 2-10 people. It includes an infrared and Finnish sauna, an open-air jacuzzi with a view, a cooling tub, prosecco and fruit. The price is €200.

What attractions are there at the resort for children?

Children can look forward to the FUN Center with a 3D maze and trampolines, the Kids Zone with climbing frames, the Aqua FUN summer water park, and regular animation programs with mascots.

Is there a swimming pool open in the summer?

Yes, during the summer season we operate an outdoor aquapark Aqua FUN with two swimming pools and inflatable slides.

Do you have your own ski resort on site?

Yes, there is a Demänová SKI Center right on the premises, which is ideal for beginners and families. Guests often have a ski pass included in the price of their stay.

In addition to skiing, we offer snow tubing, an ice rink right on the premises, a cross-country ski track, and a dedicated sledding zone for children.

At Demänová Resort you will not experience "Ayurvedic wellness". You will go through a real Ayurvedic process - from initial diagnostics to therapy, diet and daily regimen under the guidance of experts from India, with a thorough translation into Slovak🌿

What is Ayurveda and how will it help me?

Ayurveda is not an add-on to your stay with us. It is the main reason to come.

Every The stay begins with an initial diagnosis., based on which the therapist will set you an individual plan - therapies, diet and daily regimen. There is no universal package for everyone.

During your stay Do you live in an apartment? directly at the resort, but alone Therapies take place in a separate Ayurvedic house – a quiet space designed for this type of treatment.

Diet is part of therapy, not a bonus. It is prepared by Indian chefs at the Safran restaurant according to the principles of Ayurveda and your individual settings.

The entire concept is led by experienced therapists from India. It is not an interpretation, but a practice based on the original tradition. If you want to address the body systematically, you have come to the right place.

Ayurvedic house – a space for therapy within the resort

Ayurvia Center is part of the Demänová Resort. You are not going to a remote place outside of civilization – the entire process takes place directly at the resort, where you have the facilities and comfort of accommodation. However, the therapies take place separately. In a new Ayurvedic house, which is designed as a peaceful space for treatment and concentration.

The house is created with an emphasis on function, not effect. It features two therapy rooms with special massage tables (e.g. for Shirodhara), a phytosauna, and a separate consultation area. It is not an isolated retreat in nature. It's a practical solution where you have everything in one place – therapy, accommodation and food – without compromising on the quality of Ayurveda.
