Description of the procedures used during Ayurvedic stays at our center

The Ayurvedic treatments we use at our center aim to strengthen health or help restore lost health.

They are all based on the knowledge of traditional Ayurveda as taught at Ayurvedic universities and as recognized, together with Ayurveda, by the World Health Organization, of which the Slovak Republic is a member.

In order for them to really help a person, they need to be performed after a comprehensive diagnosis by an Ayurvedic doctor, who will suggest the right procedures individually, according to each person's health condition.

All procedures are carried out in accordance with applicable Slovak laws and EU standards.

Ayurvedic treatments are divided into relaxation and healing.

Relaxation treatments They aim to induce a state of deep relaxation and regeneration of the body. These include primarily oil massages and a steam sauna.

Healing procedures are used in Ayurvedic medicine to restore health. People in Slovakia know them mainly from the so-called Panchakarma Ayurvedic centers in India and Sri Lanka. Their popularity and attendance are increasing year by year due to their health effects.

These healing procedures have been used in Ayurveda for 6000 years and currently have confirmed results in modern medicine, based on so-called evidence-based treatment.

Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatments

procedures Panchakarma which have been practiced for thousands of years and have helped millions of people treat diseases such as allergies, skin diseases, high blood pressure, digestive problems, gynecological problems, weight management, depression, immune system disorders, metabolic disorders, pregnancy problems, sleep disorders, joint and spine problems, depression, diabetes, epilepsy and many others.

Ayurvedic Panchakarma procedures are also called "surgery without a scalpel" because they can remove toxins from deep tissues, which is a basic prerequisite for health and immunity.

Unlike relaxation treatments, healing treatments are performed intensively and forcefully, and thus are able to dissolve deeply seated toxins that cause tissue disease and expel them from the body through natural openings. It is a very effective but not always very pleasant procedure.

Our Ayurvedic techniques

The procedures we use in our center are composed of the following Ayurvedic techniques. All techniques are prescribed to achieve the desired health effect. This applies not only to the method of their application, the duration of therapy, but also to the original composition of herbs used in them. All details will be explained to you by our trained staff.
