During each "wedding feast" of the festival, a different selection of dishes awaits you - just like at a real Indian wedding, where every day brings new flavors and surprises. 🍽✨

Chef Ahlong personally curated the menu, where guests will find dishes from all corners of India. The entire Safran team will be ready to answer any curious questions.

Warm up with Tomato Dhanya Shorbha (thick tomato soup with garlic and coriander) or hearty Murgh Badami Shorbha (soup with chicken and almonds).
In the section Appetizers A daily selection of Indian specialties awaits you: crispy Chicken Wings, various fish preparations, tasty fried Paneer cheese, potato variations and fried onions Kanda Bhaji.
V hot buffet you will find different pork specialties every day (e.g. Pork Pepper Fry, Goan Pork Masala), creamy Paneer sauces (Paneer Makhani, Palak Paneer) and potato curry (Aloo Gobi, Dum Aloo). There are also classics like Butter Chicken a Chicken Biryani.
Cold and snack buffets include Salty Section with crunchy treats (Murukku, Bombay Mix) and various Salads (Mixed Veg Raita).
Our live counter is dedicated to the preparation of legendary Indian tea BOTTLEEnjoy this aromatic drink, which is traditionally brewed on site.
Besides tea Chai There is also an offer waiting for you here. Lassi (Indian yogurt drink with mango, or salty/sweet) and chaat(traditional salty snacks, e.g. Samosa Chaat or Bhelpuri), which are also prepared fresh before your eyes.
