Enjoy the autumn flavors of game and harvest, transformed into a tasting menu menu of the chef from the PINUS restaurant Ondrej Jurč. Every course will be complemented sommelier Samuel Vágovic by choosing a wine that perfectly matches its flavor profile. The atmosphere at dinner will be provided by live music performed by a guitarist, dim lights, the smell of pine needles and crackling wood in the fireplace.

Let yourself be carried away an autumn story on a plate. We start with a delicate amuse bouche of foie gras, sea buckthorn and pear, continuing with smoked trout with pickled cucumber and fennel jelly. It warms up the taste buds Parsley and mangalica soup with maple syrup, dried apple and onion. Next will be duck breast with cabbage and onion glaze, followed by wild boar with beetroot, root vegetables and king oyster mushrooms. The finale is a dessert of apple, crumbs, cinnamon and nuts - a sweet spot for an autumn evening.
You can add extras to each course of the tasting menu. carefully selected wine, which will underline its taste and story. The sommelier will guide you through wine and food combinations to experience perfect harmony of flavors and aromas in every bite. Wine pairing is optional and must be ordered separately.
