Accommodation

Of course. We are a pet-friendly resort – you can bring a dog up to 20 kg, a cat or a rabbit with you. However, staying with a pet is intentionally limited to selected apartments so that we can also accommodate guests with allergies or other special needs.

It is therefore always necessary to report animals in advance - ideally when booking the accommodation. The animal may share with you apartment located in buildings B, C, D, E, F, I, N and S. These buildings are designed for dogs up to 20 kg. We would like to remind you that in the case of a larger breed prior consultation is required, as it is a higher surcharge applies (40€). We would like to avoid any misunderstanding.

Equipment of apartments and cottages

Each kitchenette has a kettle, microwave, induction hob, pots, pans, cutting board, grater, pots, ladles, spoons, knives. Also a set of plates and cutlery, a set of glasses, cups. Dishwashing liquid, dish towel, dish sponge. Also salt, sugar, black pepper. There is also a refrigerator in each apartment.
DeLuxe Cottages and Superior Loft and Deluxe Loft apartments are also equipped with a dishwasher.

Restaurants and catering

Of course, part of the center is Restaurant PINUS, which will delight the taste buds of both adults and children. The second option is a bit more exotic – above the Pinus restaurant there is Indian restaurant SAFRANHere you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you come in winter, during a skiing holiday, you can comfortably enjoy your favorite bombardino, tea, or fast food in the restaurant. Snack bar right on the slope.

Wellness & massage

The wellness center at the resort works in such a way that for every two nights of your stay you get one free entry. So if you come for four nights, you will have two free entries per stay. If you stay with us for six nights, it will be three entries. Of course, you can visit the spa as many times as you want during your stay. After you have used up your free entries, the entry fee is as follows from the price listFree entrance to the wellness center does not apply to a stay in the Wellness Cottage; entrance can be purchased separately.
From the beginning of opening hours until 17:00 PM you can come to wellness with children. During this time, you can enter the common areas and the hot tub in a swimsuit. However, swimsuits are not allowed in the saunas, so please use them without a swimsuit.

After 5:00 p.m., our wellness area becomes an adults-only area, where all sauna customs are followed to ensure maximum relaxation. With the exception of entry with children (after 5:00 p.m.), a swimsuit-free zone applies throughout the wellness area.

Upon entering the wellness area, each guest receives a bed sheet and a large towel. Guests can borrow bathrobes for outdoor use for a fee of €5,00.

Demänová Resort boasts a unique location in the heart of Liptov, which is rich in interesting places. You can visit several of them even in the rain, you can go to the Stanišovská Cave or to the indoor playgrounds, of which there are more in Liptovský Mikuláš. During the days I spent with you, I received more compliments on the teambuilding and space than ever before. My colleagues mainly praised the accommodation and the staff. The food was tasty, a little salty here and there, but that's quite individual. I liked the space, my colleague at the Panorama bar was great.

We organized our conference at Demänová Resort. We were very satisfied with the whole process. Very helpful staff, they advised and accommodated us in everything we needed. Great food, beautiful and clean environment with a view of the Tatras. Great accessibility from the highway, we also appreciate the large parking lot. We will definitely come back here.

On behalf of the entire company, I would like to thank the resort for its services on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary celebration, which we organized in the beautiful premises of the Demänova Resort. We were attracted by the modern and new apartments in the resort, as well as the beautiful restaurant and conference room, where we had a multifunctional space for a corporate program, as well as lectures from interesting guests, and we managed to organize a concert by the band Heľenine oči without any problems, which we are very looking forward to. The resort staff was very kind and helpful in every situation.

We really liked it and my daughter skied for the first time with you. The credit goes to the instructor Monika who was patient with her and had a great approach. I recommend it and we will be back next year because of her approach.
The only thing that doesn't suit everyone is that the reception is only in English at certain times.
The resort is super designed for children.

You are really well taken care of here, especially the children. Various activities right under the windows of the apartments, skiing right next door. A small hill, but children will enjoy skiing here. If you don't like it here, then just a short walk away (about 5km, also by ski bus) is the best skiing in Slovakia - Jasná.
Any problem with the icon or the bedistatok, the helpful staff will solve it immediately. Ski, equipment, sled rental is also fully available. In the low season, bicycles are also available. Sauna, wellness too. Two restaurants and a buffet on the slope. Oh, great!!!

Spędziliśmy w Demanova Resort bardzo przyjemny czas. Lokalizacja jest przyjna, pokoje komfortowe, a obsuga miła i pomocna. Breakfasts are tasty, although the menu is repetitive. The rooms are not cleaned during the stay, and the wellness and spa area is quite modest. JefĂł chodzi o szkołkę narciarską, byłam zadowolona tylko w przypadku jednego dziecka. Mimo tych dronych minusów miejsce godne podecenia na rodzinny wypoczynek w górach.

We came to this complex 2 adults and 2 children 2 times. Spring break 2025 we had the Smart Family Apartment this year 2026 we had the Family Horizon Apartment. Both are suitable in size, they have beautiful bunk beds for children. Kitchen equipment sufficient for easy cooking of soup, pasta, frying, coffee, sausages. Lunches were arranged in a restaurant where we went by car. This year we were accommodated in the highest apartment building from which we went straight to the slope in ski boots at the end of skiing we took the cable car and walked a few steps to the apartment.
I would like to highlight the willing ski lift operators - mountaineers, who taught my daughter to use the anchor. They always willingly stopped the ski lift, slowed it down or handed her the anchor so that even a 6-year-old child - a beginner could handle it. They had a pleasant conversation with us, joked with my daughter. Thanks to them, my daughter looked forward to skiing with her "friends" mountaineers every morning. If you want your child to be brave and learn to ski, this complex is perfect for that. The slope is suitable for beginners and, thanks to the second lift, even for advanced skiers.
The only minus we have is the small wellness area. There is no indoor, warm swimming pool, since there are a lot of people in the complex during the season, this is not enough and the entrance from the outside is more likely to cause illness for the picky. We only went to the wellness area to see if anything had changed, otherwise we did not use it. We go to the complex for safe skiing with children, which met our expectations. We will definitely come for a skiing trip next year. We are looking forward to the children and our "friends".

Absolutely great vacation with the family, where the main goal was skiing with my daughter and teaching her to ride a lift and go down a bigger hill. Which was achieved mainly thanks to the local ski school. In addition, great rooms, quality food, nice wellness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff's approach was great when we needed to solve anything. 💪🙂

Ośrodek posiada posyna stok co jest super oferta dla osób chűencych Łódź się ski riding. Blisko do hództa narciarskiego Jasna. A special bus runs from the hotel. Besides skis for children, czeka snów tuning (additional charge), mini zoo, place zabaw, wieczorem animacje. There is also a jacuzzi and a sauna, but special rules apply there. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Hotel and breakfast rewelacyjne. Stok is very good at the hotel for children and beginners. Spa is quite small and only 90 min. Several saunas are ok, but the pool is small and the jacuzzi is rather small.
