We use the Josper Grill, have you heard of it? It is a combination of a grill and an oven. The distinct aroma and taste of food prepared over hot charcoal cannot be compared to anything else. This is how we most often prepare hamburgers, knees or steaks.
We consider the Berkel prosciutto slicer with flywheel to be a very popular tool in our preparation. We use it most often for slicing Spanish, Italian and, of course, Slovak meat products.
The modern method of aging meat, Age Dry, will satisfy even the most demanding customers. Aging meat enhances its flavor and tenderness. It is a process in which the meat, protected by the so-called "fat coat" and bone, is left to age in a refrigerator for several weeks.
