Similar to the downstairs Pinus restaurant, we have chosen wood, elegant black and clean lines for the Safran restaurant. However, we have also paid attention to the accessories, so that you can find yourself in exotic India, at least for a moment.
Saffron is considered the most expensive spice in the world and is widespread in India. The purple saffron flower contains three small stamens colored orange-red, which are dried using a special technology.
This plant is also widely used here at Safran. You can not only taste it in our dishes, but also see it in the form of its distinctive colors.
