Wspaniały ośrodek dla rodzin z dzęciem. Excellent organization. Delicious food. Well equipped apartments. Wind in buildings. Drug store. Ośrodek posiada posyna stok co jest super oferta dla osób chűencych Łódź się ski riding. Blisko do hództa narciarskiego Jasna. A special bus runs from the hotel. Besides skis for children, czeka snów tuning (additional charge), mini zoo, place zabaw, wieczorem animacje. There is also a jacuzzi and a sauna, but special rules apply there. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Hotel and breakfast rewelacyjne. Stok is very good at the hotel for children and beginners. Spa is quite small and only 90 min. Several saunas are ok, but the pool is small and the jacuzzi is rather small.

Since I was not accommodated, I am only rating the ski resort. Very good conditions for families with small children.

Nice surroundings and mountain views, interesting accommodation layout solution that surrounds (i.e. its apartments and houses) children's attractions and swimming pools with climbing frames, which is great for guests who are not far from attractions. The train for children in the resort area is also excellent and there are dining options in 2 restaurants, cafes, even a bakery and various shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good and the breakfast buffet is high quality and varied!!!

Amazing place for families with children. Beautiful surroundings, incredibly many activities with small children, but definitely more options in the summer. All-day animation. High-level food. The only thing I can criticize is the cleanliness of the room/apartment and the terrible pillows that are stuffed into "bags", such a resort could invest in better quality pillows, cosmetics (you can only find a shower gel and hand soap, no shampoo, cream) and especially the cleanliness of the rooms. And one more thing that bothered me here is that we are in Slovakia and you can only communicate in English, there is a minimum of employees who speak Slovak, the entire staff is made up of Indians, Ukrainians, who do not even know English. So for people who do not speak English, the stay will be difficult, even though we are in Slovakia.

Jestem bardzo nazdłowie z kilkudniowego pobytu w okresie ferii zimowych. Clean room with equipped kitchen, in the building a drying room for shoes and equipment, including a sauna, a large and tasty breakfast selection. The center offers morning and afternoon bus transport to Stok, has a pavilion with a paid service, the service is friendly and helpful. Wszystko w jednym miejscu to komfortowo wypocząć. Polecam

The wellness area is nice, modern and sufficient. We rate the premises themselves positively.
Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience with the reception staff - the gentleman communicated with us in an inappropriate manner, even though we had checked availability in advance by phone. Such behavior spoils the overall impression of an otherwise nice resort.

DEMÄNOVA RESORT
There is probably no universal comfort, but the Demänová Resort probably comes closest to it. However, it is not an ordinary hotel, but a hotel that exists in beautiful nature and is connected to it in a comfort that is passed on to every visitor. The hotel complex has one more exceptional parameter, it is a comfortable family hotel, or it is also referred to as a "family resort with hotel comfort".

We have been several times in summer and winter. We have always been absolutely satisfied. Even when there was no natural snow, the slope was perfectly prepared. I repeat, great in summer and winter. Bravo and thank you 🙂👌.

excellent, helpful, accommodating staff in the wellness area

The accommodation itself was in line with what was described online. The rooms and facilities met our expectations, and overall the place has potential.
The food was acceptable — not outstanding, but not bad either.

Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the staff and their communication, which was well below an acceptable standard.

Even the booking process was unnecessarily difficult. In several cases, I either did not receive any response to my emails, or the replies did not address my actual questions. Gabriela, who I was in contact with, was ultimately unable to assist me with booking a room and then disappeared from the correspondence entirely. Later, I spoke to a gentleman by phone who promised to send an offer, but it never arrived. Eventually, I was informed that all apartments were sold out — yet interestingly, online booking still showed availability, and I was able to book there without any issue.

Upon arrival, the lady who handled our check-in was smiling, but provided no useful information. Even after I mentioned that it was our first time at the hotel, she simply said that she had already explained everything to another family who arrived with us, which I found quite strange. When I specifically asked about the wellness area, I was misinformed: I was told that no reservation was needed, and despite knowing that we arrived with three children, she failed to mention that children are not allowed in the wellness area after 5 pm

When I tried to ask about this the next day and questioned why proper information was not provided upon arrival, the same staff member first tried to ignore me completely, then sarcastically refused to tell me her name, saying that I should have checked the name badge the day before if I wanted to know. Her name was Nicole. When I asked to speak to the manager due to this unacceptable behavior, she reacted defensively and confrontationally.

Dear Nicole, I would like to point out that this kind of attitude can easily result in the hotel losing guests.

I would also like to thank the manager, who handled the situation professionally and made an effort to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, there is no information displayed anywhere, not even in Hungarian, and not even in English.

Overall, the hotel itself is not bad, but my stay was negatively affected by the behavior of some members of the staff. Perhaps I was simply unfortunate with the people I encountered.

On the positive side, the animators are very kind, and the ski instructors are professional and patient.

We spent Christmas at the resort. We stayed in the Loft Comfort Apartment, big enough for 6 people and one cat. The staff were amazing - at the Wellness reception, the ski rental, the lift, the restaurant, the buffet and at the reception. Pleasant environment and the 3-hour daily ski pass included in the price. Thank you again for the information and willingness to solve the problem after finding the document after our departure. Our whole family thanks again for a pleasant stay 🙂

I praise the entire resort, there is nothing to criticize, we like to come back here whether it is summer or winter, there is always a great program. And I also recommend the services of the Smile Center, where we last booked instructor Martin, who brought a smile to our Tomi's face and taught him how to ski🙂✌️🫶
