Great family-oriented place. The atmosphere is very friendly with a lot of services. The design of buildings is very nature-oriented, although very modern. Nice view of Tatra mountains. Gladly will come again.

I was accommodated from 26.11. To 28.11. Overall a very nice place. Nice accessibility. The apartment was standard, nice clean and heated. Overall there were fewer people there which suits me. The Pinus restaurant is very nice. The food was also very good :) Wellness comfort. At that time after 18:00 there were about six of us there in a row and the next day as well. So no crowds. Cozy and quite nice. The service in the wellness is very pleasant. The hot tubs are located outside in the air so it's quite fun in winter. I didn't mind.
The atmosphere is good.

We stayed from 21-23.11, the rooms are clean, breakfast and dinner are buffet style. You can choose from a variety of dishes and they taste great. Lunch was also great. The reception and communication with her was great. The wellness is a little smaller but great for an hour. I was very satisfied.

Miejsce bardzo dobre dla rodzin z dęciemi - jest czysto, przyjemnie i besiechnie. The service was nice and helpful. A big plus is the number of attractions for children or fresh, tasty food. Widać że ośrodek stawia na comfort rodzin.

Of the minuses – the walls were painted in such a way that after touching, a white mark was left on the clothes. It looked a bit like melting lime, which spoiled the overall impression. In addition, I did not take the situation very well, when I had to pay 20 euros for the previous entry (only 2 hours). I understand that the resort wants to make money, but this approach does not work well.

More or less everything is OK, I rate the wellness lower, especially for children, the 3D zone for children is good, you pay for everything else, I have to improve my diet, I haven't eaten this well on half board in a long time...

I have nothing to criticize about the resort, everything is top notch. The services are great, the wellness is impeccable.
There are some quirks, but nothing worth mentioning.

Update 10/25. Rooms dirtier. Cold in the rooms especially in the morning. We had to plug the ventilation shaft in the room. Gastronomy has deteriorated a lot and the prices do not match the quality. You can also find better restaurants around. Wellness whirlpool is weak, almost does not bubble. The time window for visiting the wellness is very short, especially when you are with children and the resort is full, it is unnecessarily haphazard.

Fantastic resort pleasantly surprised us! Lots of options for spending time with children. The children's corner is right next to the restaurant with glass walls, so for the first time we managed to eat in peace as parents and not run around checking on the children. Helpful staff on all fronts. Tasty food, clean rooms, ... We will definitely be happy to return, it really has no negatives.

Główna restauracja Pinus serves excellent breakfast buffets and interesting dishes from noon. Pizza and burgers were delicious, with plenty of ingredients and toppings. The prices for a hotel restaurant are ok. The Hotelowe Spa deserves great praise - the staff is nice, competent and helpful. Wszystko czyściutkie outside a large number of gości. Masaże to prawdziw majstersztyk - both tajski jak i relaksacyjny, z gyóry uzzydałam. Jest rązko oferta dla dzieci - polecam - wszystko prodesjonalnie iw miłej atmosferze.
