Even from September to December, we won’t leave you alone. The magical autumn is packed with great events for families with children!

The Demänovský FUN RUN – family run, the Demänovský Pedal – cycle race or gastronomic events such as the autumn feast or the Indian Festival. You can’t miss the regular family weekends either!

Don’t worry, you won’t be bored for a second here, and this also applies during autumn.

Every single weekend will be filled with family, competitions and fun. You can’t miss the autumn animation weekends at Demänová Rezort!

• Adventures in the Demänová Forest, creative workshops or morning warm-up
• Mascots Annie and Kubko – fairytale characters will help children and adults with activities
• Team competitions, family races, quizzes, joint creative activities
• Children’s sauna with animators in the wellness centre
• Children’s cinema at the end of the day

Every Saturday, a special Children’s Sauna Program takes place in the wellness centre. Our wonderful animators will be waiting for your children at the wellness reception.

Every Saturday at 13:00

An interesting programme awaits them in the large dry sauna with a reduced temperature of around 50 degrees!

Children’s sauna programme (duration 1 hour)

• Entertaining and educational inputs about sauna rules and the effects on our body
• searching for magnets and matching them correctly in a quiz
• mini aqua aerobics in a separate indoor
• whirlpool for children

For autumn we have prepared a novelty for you – regular sauna rituals in our large Finnish sauna. Admission is free.

Every Saturday (September-December)

The ritual lasts approximately 10-15 minutes and is led by an experienced sauna practitioner. Using a towel, he or she controls the temperature in the sauna by mixing hot air with cool air, ensuring an even sauna experience. In addition, aromatherapy awaits to enrich the sauna experience, stimulate the senses and relax the body and mind.

You know who enjoys the cooler temperatures and more pleasant weather during autumn the most? Our animals in MiniZOO!

• fluffy bunnies
• little chickens and ducks
• stumpy sheep, mini goats

In addition to the animals, the little ones will have fun at the water cascades, where they can pump their own water from the well.

They can even play gold diggers and get rich! Gold panning will be quite an adventure for them.

The driver of the Demänovská express will be happy to take you to breakfast or dinner, or you can enjoy a ride around the resort together. The entire tour takes about fifteen minutes and offers you beautiful views of the resort grounds. You’ll even get to take home a souvenir from the ride – a nice ticket like cut out of the Polar Express! Everyone can get on – kids and adults alike!

Many of you have already managed to try the ski slope right below the apartment windows during the winter. But how is it used during the summer? As a tubing track! Endless fun awaits you on the three lanes with different lengths and elevations. Simply take the large inflatable wheel, run up to the top and hurrah down.

Do you have little devils at home who won’t sit still? A guaranteed cure for boredom are, among other things, the new carousels – there are even five of them! From small colourful unicorns for the littlest kids to a more adrenaline-pumping boat for the older years.

Pumpkin carving, face painting, scarecrows at every turn and a special menu. That’s what’s waiting for you at Family Halloween! The largest haunted gallery in Liptov with a mysterious chamber, which few dare to enter, is not to be missed…

When we write for the whole family, we mean it. We have e-bikes for adults, but also two junior sizes. We can rent a bike seat or a touring carrier for the little ones. The SMILE center will be happy to help you with the selection and setup right here at our shop.
