Check in – Arrival to the apartments is possible from 3:00 p.m. and to the cottages from 4:00 p.m. You can check in no later than 10:00 p.m.
Check out – Check-out is possible until 10:00 without extra charge. After this time, a fee of €10,00 is charged for each additional hour. Later check-out is possible only after agreement with the reception.
You can visit AquaFun and Funcentrum before check-in. You can visit Funcentrum after check-out.
Points should be credited within 24 hours of the end of the stay.
Of course. We are a pet-friendly resort – you can bring a dog up to 20 kg, a cat or a rabbit with you. However, staying with a pet is intentionally limited to selected apartments so that we can also accommodate guests with allergies or other special needs.
It is therefore always necessary to report animals in advance - ideally when booking the accommodation. The animal may share with you apartment located in buildings B, C, D, E, F, I, N and S (except for the jacuzzi apartments). These buildings are designed for dogs up to 20 kg. Please note that in the case of larger breeds prior consultation is required, as it is a higher surcharge applies (40€). We would like to avoid any misunderstanding.

Guests can use free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the property. You do not need to reserve a parking space. If you have an electric car, as an environmentally friendly resort we also offer you the option electric chargers.

Upon arrival, you will receive a large and a small towel. Guests who wish to change towels should contact the reception. The service fee is €2,00 per towel.
Demänová Resort thinks ecologically. Although we provide almost all the services as in hotels, in an effort to participate in reducing water waste, room service and towel change in apartments is not carried out daily, but only for stays of 5 nights or more. However, if necessary, contact the reception and resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
Each kitchenette has a kettle, microwave, induction hob, pots, pans, cutting board, grater, pots, ladles, spoons, knives. Also a set of plates and cutlery, a set of glasses, cups. Dishwashing liquid, dish towel, dish sponge. Also salt, sugar, black pepper. There is also a refrigerator in each apartment.
DeLuxe Cottages and Superior Loft and Deluxe Loft apartments are also equipped with a dishwasher.
Yes, an electric kettle is included in every room, apartment or cottage.
Tea is included in the price, but coffee is not. You can buy coffee in the restaurant Pinus or Safran.
Each apartment's bathroom has a shower gel and shampoo dispenser in one. Additionally, if you come to stay with a child/children under 10 years old, we will leave you a nice surprise in the bathroom - a mini cosmetic set for children.
There is an elevator in the Pinea apartment buildings.
No problem, we are happy to lend you various baby accessories free of charge - not only a crib, but also a potty, toilet seat, bath or high chair. You can order the accessories directly in the second step of the booking process or you can ask about the options directly at the reception.
Air conditioning is not a standard feature of our apartments. We regulate the temperature in the apartments not only by recuperation, but also by screens that actively prevent the apartments from heating up. For the greater comfort of our guests, we are also working on offering air-conditioned apartments, but we cannot currently guarantee accommodation in these apartments.
Upon arrival at the cottage, we will prepare wood and wood chips for you to start the fire. If you would like more wood, just contact the reception and the wood will be delivered to you. This service is charged at €10,00.

If you come in winter, during a skiing holiday, you can comfortably enjoy your favorite bombardino, tea, or fast food in the restaurant. Snack bar right on the slope.

No, both restaurants are located in separate buildings. You can have breakfast or dinner a few minutes walk from the apartment buildings. For better orientation, you can see resort map.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the form of a rich buffet, where everyone will find something for themselves. Savory and sweet dishes, fruits and vegetables, hot and cold delicacies. Plus fresh sourdough bread or baguettes directly from our Kryvac bakery and quality coffee.
In case of lower occupancy, the meal can also be served as a set menu.

The wellness center at the resort works in such a way that for every two nights of your stay you get one free entry. So if you come for four nights, you will have two free entries per stay. If you stay with us for six nights, it will be three entries. Of course, you can visit the spa as many times as you want during your stay. After you have used up your free entries, the entry fee is as follows from the price listFree entrance to the wellness center does not apply to a stay in the Wellness Cottage; entrance can be purchased separately.
There are two Finnish saunas, a steam and infrared sauna, a sky wellness, a cooling pool, a tepidarium and two outdoor hot tubs with beautiful views. The wellness area also includes a children's pool and a fitness center.
Parents with children from 2 years old have access to the wellness center from the beginning OPENING HOURS until 17:00.
After 17pm, the spa is reserved exclusively for adults, who can enjoy all the relaxing customs of the sauna. During the adults-only hours, the spa is a swimsuit-free zone.
The wellness area is not suitable for children under 2 years of age. The water in the hot tubs is also not suitable for small children - it has a higher temperature and chlorine content, which may not be pleasant for delicate children's skin.
From the beginning of opening hours until 17:00 PM you can come to wellness with children. During this time, you can enter the common areas and the hot tub in a swimsuit. However, swimsuits are not allowed in the saunas, so please use them without a swimsuit.
After 5:00 p.m., our wellness area becomes an adults-only area, where all sauna customs are followed to ensure maximum relaxation. With the exception of entry with children (after 5:00 p.m.), a swimsuit-free zone applies throughout the wellness area.
Upon entering the wellness area, each guest receives a bed sheet and a large towel. Guests can borrow bathrobes for outdoor use for a fee of €5,00.
If you are interested, you can pay for a special private entrance to our wellness with a capacity of max. 10 people (sky wellness). If you are interested in private wellness for a larger group, we recommend accommodation in one of the following resorts wellness cottages with its own Finnish sauna and outdoor jacuzzi.

We plan to open the summer season with swimming pools in June - more information can be found at upcoming eventsupcoming events However, since the pools are in Aqua FUN Outdoors, their operation depends mainly on the weather. They close around mid-September.
