One of the best aparthotel what i have visited ever, absolutely worth it. It is a child safe and family friendly place with a lot of activities. We have visited this place on summer. The children can play football, basketball, pingpong, roller and so on.. The pool could be bigger, it was little bit crowded on the hottest days. The food was perfect with a large selection. There are a lot of good sight location around the hotel. I recommend this place.

A Must stay! Beautiful resort for young families and kids. Lovely location from Poprad airport. Beautiful scenery and easy to get to the resort. On arriving Emilia (English speaking) was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Went above and beyond to help with everything. Lovely rooms and views but one to mention if have very young children best to ask for a unit lower down as a small trek if have no car. The slope at the resort is great for kids learning to ski and has a greta tubing slope and sledging. Plus plenty of other activities summer rand winter including play parks. Also only 15 mins away is transalandia swimming complex which is epic for kids and adults with outdoor pools heated in the winter. 40c. Also the wellbeing center at the resort is amazing for kids over 3 as is a perfect place after skiing. Two great restaurants on the resort and jasna for higher mountain skiing is only 15 mins on a free shuttle bus. Overall a perfect place to stay amd highly recommend. Staff were helpful and assisted and helped. Will be returning for Christmas next year but with friends and to stay in the larger cottages. A must to visit. Thank you Demanova resort x

Great for Winter weekend with kids

The overall resort experience wasn't too bad, but it falls short of a 5-star rating due to poor reception and some safety concerns, especially with the sky tires causing tears among kids. The surface lifts were not consistently reliable, resulting in falls. The complimentary 3-hour daily skiing pass for the local mountain was convenient for beginners. The inclusive breakfast offered a variety of choices for both adults and children from 7 am to 10 am. In our rented villa, we faced heating issues with the floor heating not working for a few days, but the fireplace helped. After a maintenance check, the heating had erratic control, fluctuating between 25 and 29.9 degrees. There was also a night when the jacuzzi didn't work, disappointing the kids. Upon arrival, treats and alcohol with a price list were provided, and the mini-bar was chargeable.They had a local food shop with a very limited and overpriced selection. The nearest supermarket, which was 900 meters away.

We went there with my girlfriend for our first ever ski trip, and it was amazing. It was very convenient that our room was 50 meters away from the slope, and where our first ski class was. The room was very nice and clean, and we had an amazing view. We had some issues calling a Taxi back to the train station, and the people at the reception were very helpful and helped us call a taxi. Definitely will go back sometime in the future.

After reviewing reviews on more portals for booking, we have decided to go for Demanova resort and we are happy we did!:) we have been pleasantly surprised by apartments facilities, kids “paradise” like environment, delicious food and kind staff:) all I can say is that we are coming back for sure again!:)) cant wait for next time enjoy longer than 1 night only:) btw. Bfest was top top top!:)and also dinner which was part of half board was great!:)

Great experience and value for money. U really feel the resort vibe ( sometimes i imagined i'm in "Girlmors girls"). Rooms very well furnished, nice decorated and clean. Each villa had boots & ski dryer room. The Pinus restaurant is a good choice and creates a nice athmosphere. Just fyi, the night skilift works only during friday& saturday and is charged. Wellness access is only once during ur stay and for 90 min, even at check in was mentioned 3 h. They provide free bus to the ski slopes twice /day (8&9 am), or u cam take public transport bus, free of charge. Generally e great choice.

Very very very great place. I highly recommend you visiting. They have lots of facilities were you can spend days inside. We will never forgetthis experience. Rooms are cozy with beautiful view. Breakfast is good and they have live cooking.

Food was great (we had half board, the breakfast choice was amazing, I especially appreciated fresh vegetables and fruit, the Indian cousine for dinner adapted to the European non-spicy tongues was a lovely surprise, even our 2,5 years old daughter loved it). Staff very friendly and helpful, we liked that they often approached us offering various types of fun activities for both, adults and kids. I took one star off for various reasons - first, I really did not appreciate having to walk all the way to R building couple of times per day with a pram and a 2,5 year old child. We could have used the car but it just seemed annoying having to staff the kids into a car for a 2minutes drive. So not good one way, not good the other way. I would have appreciated being able to choose a building at the time of booking. Next time we will be wiser. Secondly, I did not enjoy the constant reconstruction on the site, not too overbearing but yes, a bit annoying as we were near to it. Thirdly, it is in the middle of the nature, I would have loved to have nets on the windows to keep flies and spiders out of the apartment. In the fourth place, I was surprised that the fun zone which was included in the price of the stay had an activity (it is true that I saw only one, a trampoline) which had to be paid on top of the cost of the fun zone and not cheap (I think it was 5eur for 5mins of jumping). Luckily, our kids are too young for that but I can see that it can be difficult for parents to resist their kids pleas. In the fifth place, there is no lift to the first floor of the Indian restaurant, so you need to carry the pram by stairs or leave it downstairs, which, with a very young kids like ours (6 months) wasn't an option. Building a kids rezort you would think they thought about it. And finally, when it is raining (which it was all day), there is not much you can do. Most activities are outdoors. There is only a very small kids zone in a restaurant, really small, few activities and the spa. That's it.

An incredible hotel with an international look, modern facilities, kids jungle, adults play and fun, and a 5-star restaurant. Finally managed to get an Argentinean stake in Slovakia. Great service and astonishing view of the snowy mountains. What else can you ask for. Oh .. right, if you were my kid, he will ask for a little train to ride for hours on end, and ... Yup, they got that covered too!

Genuinely great place for winter. A lot of stuff is offered in scope of apartment package which is very neat and saves you a ton of money in the grand scheme of things. Theres SPA, own Ski track for beginners, night rides on Fridays and Saturdays, some cafes, restaurant, bakery, ski bus and everything in a close proximity to the resort.

Very nice, new resort at the foothills of Low Tatras. We had nice room with a mountain view. The room was not perfectly cleaned to my liking but good enough. There is a great wellness with couple of saunas and other things. The place is good for families as there quiet big child park. Breakfasts were very good, lot to choose from, even during working days when the resort was less busy. We got a nice letter and a bottle of wine as a newlyweds gift, nice touch! There is still a little construction going on, once finished, it will be great place to spend a vacation in Tatras.

Great playground for kids. Parents can enjoy a drink and watch kids are having fun. The food menu is terrible. Fast and junk food only. Healthy cousine options are non-existant. Especially kids menu is very poor (fries & fried chicken)

The place is very clean, well furbished, personnel was very professional. It's a calm place with stuff for kids to play. The new restaurant in the resort is OK, breakfast was good. There's also a lot of things to do around (cave, amusement parks, and other places to visit). I highly recommend this place.

Resort is great for kids. The kids entertainers were awesome,our kids love them. We had no issue with food. It was great. Appartment no issue either. The only dissapointment was that the walk to appartments had no street lights, so it was really dark walking back. Other thing we would mention was the entry to swimming pools and attractions was on the opposite side of restaurant were are drinks for all inclusive guests. We understand it is that way on purpose, so the guests won’t come that often for drinks, but it is really really frustrating, specialy when you have kids and you wanna go grab drinks and you have to be gone for 15-20 mins.

Look no further, this place is fabulous for families. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, facilities 10/10 our kids did not want to leave. Definitely book again in the future. We'll done!
